As Chirpy Heat continues to grow, Jo’s appointment marks an exciting step forward in strengthening the way we support housing providers across the UK to deliver compliant, affordable, and reliable heat networks.

Supporting the Next Stage of Growth

At Chirpy Heat, we work with organisations across the housing sector to improve the management and performance of communal and district heating systems, helping providers navigate increasing regulatory requirements while supporting the transition to low-carbon heat.

Jo joins the team at a pivotal time in our journey. Her role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, helping ensure that our operations, people practices, and communications work seamlessly together as we continue building a business focused on delivering simply better heat networks — and creating a simply fabulous place to work.

With extensive experience spanning operations, communications, marketing, and people development, Jo brings a unique blend of expertise that will help strengthen both our internal culture and the way we engage with clients, partners, and the wider sector.
