Our goal is to deliver the best possible service to our clients, and we do that by having the best people possible. We have a simple aim: to be the best consultants in housing, not just the best heat network consultants. And we do that by finding great people who want to make a difference.
We are all driven by a desire to solve problems for our clients and their customers and to deliver the long-term solutions that make the difference.
A key part of this is creating a positive, collaborative culture and a great place to work. We work hard to make Chirpy a positive workplace, where everyone can contribute and are given new challenges and new opportunities to grow.
We support our clients and our team by constantly growing and challenging what we know and how we do it:
Policy development: Chirpy Heat is at the heart of policy and regulation development. We work with sector bodies including the National Housing Federation, Community Housing Cymru, Local Government Association and with Ofgem. We do this so that our clients have access to the latest developments and the best advice possible.
Always listening, always learning: we set up Chirpy Heat because we worked in housing and saw the heat network challenges the sector faced. This never stops and we are always listening to our clients to ensure what we do delivers what they need.
The best data – and insights – for clients: with over 100 clients that now manage over 25% of the UK’s heat networks, we have created the most comprehensive data set on all aspect of heat network management – as we say, “from the plantroom to the board room”. We do this so that our clients have access to the best insights and support available.
Not just good practice – the best practice. By being at the heart of policy, with the best data insights and always learning from housing, we are constantly driving the development of solutions that work in the real world.
